How much does a lounge visit cost?
Telegraph subscribers are able to purchase a lounge visit for the special price of £20 per visit, per person.
How do I purchase a lounge visit?
Simply choose your preferred lounge from the list here then click the ‘Buy Voucher’ button and complete the personal details form and payment details form.
What can I use to pay?
We accept all major credit cards.
When will payment be taken for my eCert(s) ?
Payment is taken immidiately and is shown as DragonPass 01619298844GB on your statement.
Are there any additional charges?
All our payments are made in GBP. Some banks, especially accounts not based in Britain, may charge additional fees for payments made in Sterling.
Can I use my eCertificate more than once?
Your eCertificate is a single use voucher. Feel free to purchase more than one for multiple trips.
How will I receive my voucher?
As soon as your payment is confirmed and gone through successfully, you will be emailed your eCertificate. The email body will contain the eCertificate and a .pdf copy will also be attached. We suggest saving a copy to your computer as well as printing off a copy.
I don’t have a printer, what can I do?
Your voucher is generated in .pdf form. If you don’t have a printer you can email a copy to a friend or family member and ask them to print off a copy for you. Alternatively you can download a copy of your voucher to either or phone or tablet and show this upon arrival at the lounge instead of a paper copy.
I have lost my voucher, what can I do?
We recommend saving a copy of your voucher to your computer so you can re-print it if required. We also recommend that you save a copy to your phone or tablet. You can show your voucher on your phone or tablet at the lounge desk rather than a physical copy.
What facilities can I expect in a lounge?
The facilities available in each lounge vary from lounge to lounge. However you can typically expect complementary food and drink, free WiFi access, comfortable seating and access to magazines and newspapers.
What is the policy regarding children in lounges?
You can find out each lounge’s policy regarding children on the lounge’s information page on this site prior to booking. You may be required to purchase additional vouchers for children’s visits.
Are children’s visits cheaper?
All visits through this offer are charged at a flat rate of £20. However some lounges let children up to a certain age in for free. Please check the lounge information pages prior to booking to confirm the individual lounge’s policy regarding children.
Do lounges operate dress codes?
Each lounge operates their own dress code. However you can typically expect to find a smart-casual dress code in most lounges. This may include restrictions on football shirts, ripped jeans and shorts.
What are the opening hours of lounges?
Opening hours vary from lounge to lounge. Our information pages on each lounge will allow you to view the opening times before booking your visit.
How long can I stay in the lounge for?
The length of your stay will vary from lounge to lounge and you will be able to check this before you book your lounge visit on the lounge information pages. You can typically expect 3 hours per stay.
What are the opening hours for the telephone helpline?
The telephone helpline is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4:30pm on Fridays. The telephone line will not be open on UK Bank Holidays however we will monitor email enquiries during UK Bank Holidays.
Can I purchase a lounge visit for my friend?
Yes you may. However please note that when purchase a lounge visit for someone else please ensure that you use their details when filling out the form. You may however use your own card to purchase visit for other people.
Can I purchase visits for a group?
You may purchase visits for more than one person. However please note that you need to fill in the details of each person for each voucher separately. Please note that lounges operate their own policies regarding large groups.
What happens if the lounge is full and I am unable to enter?
If the lounge has no availability you can save your eCert for another journey as they are valid for one year from date of purchase. You can also use the eCert on your return journey if we have a lounge available at that airport. Alternatively you can contact us to request a refund.
